GIPP 7075 Billet Intermediate plate

Overview

The Gipp rotary billet plate was designed utilising knowledge from decades of rotary powered racing experience. Made from 7075 grade Aluminium which was originally developed for aerospace use due to its high ductility, toughness and strength. Our 7075 billet plates are designed and currently being used in extremely high horsepower motor sport applications while retaining the versatility and durability of being still compatible for street use.

Suitable for 13b, 20b, 26b, 5 and 6 rotor race and street applications.

Our billet rotary plates are out of the box replacement for OEM Mazda plates and machined to precision levels within microns. The interchangeable proprietary screw in wear surface allows for quick and simple replacements with the supplied tool from GIPP. All cast iron wear plates are designed to be secured in a manner to maximise compression and minimise flexing or movement under high boost applications. Inserts are extensively manufactured and quality checked for optimum wearing, performance and life span of your engine. Cooling passages have been flow optimised for better flow performance than factory Mazda cooling. Intake ports have also been engineered for optimal air flow rate aiding in engine performance. Each plate has been meticulously crafted removing any form of excess weight leaving each plate with superior strength to weight ratio. All plates supplied are 100% CNC ported to a level that is much larger than possible with OEM Mazda plates, no additional porting is required. Porting options are available upon request.

Note: 7075 series Billet Aluminium Plates are only available in a raw finish. Anodizing is only available in 6061 series billet plates.
